1. Subject
ECM di Tacchi Alessandro provides an analysis service ("AI Audit") of the PrestaShop store indicated by the Client, delivering a report and a 12-month roadmap. The service is advisory in nature and is delivered through the NothingSell platform.
2. Price and payment
199€ one-off, VAT excluded, paid in advance via Stripe or PayPal. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout based on the Client's country.
3. Delivery and timing
The report is delivered within 24/48 business hours of receiving the required access. Timing and quality depend on the completeness of the data connected by the Client.
4. Guarantee
If the analysis does not identify at least 8 areas of improvement, the Client is entitled to a full refund. The guarantee is limited to the foregoing.
5. No guarantee of results
ECM does not guarantee any increase in sales, traffic or conversions: the report is a recommendation, whose implementation and outcomes depend on the Client and on third-party factors.
6. Limitation of liability
ECM's liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the service. ECM is not liable for indirect damages or for business decisions taken by the Client on the basis of the report.
7. Right of withdrawal
As this is a service performed immediately at the Client's express request, withdrawal is no longer exercisable once the analysis has started or been completed (clause accepted at purchase). For B2B Clients (professionals and businesses) the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
8. Access and data
The Client authorizes ECM to use the access provided (read-only) solely for the analysis. Credentials are handled securely and deleted at the end. Data processing under the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Pesaro, following a 30-day amicable resolution attempt.
